AIDA 1 STAR FREEDIVER

 

 

 

AIDA is an international sports federation that gives certification in various sports including free diving.  AIDA 1 Star Free Diver course teaches and certifies to become a free diver. This professional diving course will give foundation theory and practical lessons in Diving.

Adventuring on aquatic wonders will be always the most exciting activity. To explore the world beneath the water, you require proper training. Excellent swimming skill and good stamina is required to be a diver. Divers possess high energy level and challenging attitude.

Free Diving Details:

No matter what your background in diving is, the AIDA 1star Free-diver will open your mind to a whole new underwater experience. You will learn the basic theory of Free-diving and how to prepare yourself for a breathold dive including breathing, duck dive, finning, and buddying and safety techniques.
