Module 4 – April 2, 3, 4 – Anatomy of Breathing, Respiratory Problems, How to work with Breathing Problems

Module 5 – April 30, May 1, 2 – Anatomy of the Spine, Working with Back Problems, Scoliosis, In Depth Spinal Alignment

Module 6 – May 28, 29, 30 – Yoga for Depression, Anxiety and Stress, Therapeutic Poses and their Benefits, Yoga Anatomy, Yoga Business & Entrepreneurship

Timings: Thursday 5 pm – 10 pm
Friday & Saturday 8.30 am – 6 pm
Cost for the full 6 months of tuition: (12.500 AED)

Evaluation Weekend and Diploma: 600 AED (to be paid separately upon taking the examination)

After completing this teacher training, you will be eligible to register with the International Yoga Alliance as a RYT-200.
